Seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process orders and service requests
• Update customer records
• Track customer issues and resolutions
• Generate customer reports
• Support cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
