Job Description:

A community-focused organization is seeking a Bilingual Vietnamese Administrative Assistant to support staff and clients in both English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
• Translate verbal and written communications
• Schedule appointments and maintain records
• Assist with client intake and documentation
• Support reporting and data entry activities

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
