Candidates should possess experience in conference and event planning, including coordinating logistics, speakers, and supporting materials, and be able to manage cross-functional projects while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong public communication and media coordination skills are also essential. Knowledge of energy policy, electricity markets, or related public policy areas is beneficial but not required.
