Job Summary
The Department of Agricultural Economics at the University of Kentucky invites applications for a Postdoctoral Scholar to contribute to collaborative research focused on food policy and consumer demand. Working closely with faculty researchers, the Postdoctoral Scholar will support the development and implementation of research projects examining how food policies, market conditions, and consumer preferences influence food choices and outcomes. The successful candidate will contribute to research design, data collection and management, quantitative and/or econometric analysis, interpretation of results, and the preparation of scholarly publications and research presentations. This position provides an exciting opportunity to engage in interdisciplinary research addressing timely food policy questions while developing a strong research portfolio and collaborating with faculty in a supportive academic environment.
