The ideal candidate is an experienced public safety professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where operational awareness and effective decision making are critical. This individual possesses a strong background in law enforcement support, emergency management, intelligence analysis, or related public safety operations, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Additionally, the candidate is highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism under pressure. They possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can effectively collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and community stakeholders. Above all, the ideal candidate is a collaborative, service-oriented leader who is committed to supporting public safety operations, developing staff, strengthening partnerships, and contributing to the continued success of the Real Time Information Center.
