- Executes duties deemed necessary by supervisory-level Facilities Operations personnel.
- Performs on-call duties as an essential personnel of the institution and at the direction of the institution.
- Participates in PM, inspections, and repairs as required on systems and equipment in assigned areas.
Occasional Duties
- Experience reading blueprints.
- Experience and/or knowledge of commercial plumbing & electrical work.
