We are hiring a Sr. Systems Administrator to join our IT Team!

DISCOVER

As a Sr. Systems Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the organization’s core systems secure, reliable, and high performing. Reporting to the Sr. IT Operations Manager, you’ll support the daily administration and long-term stability of servers, operating systems, and enterprise tools that power the business. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with a strong customer service mindset. You’ll partner closely with IT leadership, the IT Support team, and the Software Development team to support evolving business and technology needs.

You’ll help shape system improvements, ensure compliance and cybersecurity readiness, and support users across the organization. Success in this role means quickly ramping into the environment, strengthening system reliability, and proactively solving problems before they impact the business. If you’re a self-directed problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across systems, teams, and geographies, this role offers meaningful impact and growth.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Do you thrive on keeping complex IT environments stable and reliable? Own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of servers, operating systems, workstations, and business applications while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the business.
  • Are you energized by building and improving systems that support business growth? Scope, implement, and support new technologies and system enhancements, while continuously monitoring performance, tuning environments, and maintaining system integrity across a mix of on-prem and cloud platforms.
  • Can you confidently manage system lifecycle activities from planning through execution? Lead the scheduling and execution of system upgrades, patching, and maintenance, ensuring all changes align with IT policies, minimize disruption, and keep environments secure and up to date.
  • Do you take a proactive and hands-on approach to cybersecurity and compliance? Support and maintain endpoint management tools like Intune and SCCM, support identity and access management solutions, and participate in audits, compliance tracking, and documentation to ensure systems meet security and regulatory standards.
  • Do you enjoy solving problems and elevating the performance of those around you? Act as a go-to technical resource for the IT support team and Software Development team by troubleshooting complex issues, mentoring team members, and helping build stronger operational standards that improve the end-user experience.
  • Can you balance operational ownership with strategic thinking? Manage vendor relationships, support technology planning and budgeting, and stay current on emerging technologies while bringing forward recommendations that help modernize systems and improve efficiency over time.
  • Are you self-directed and comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone when needed? Take initiative in a fast-paced environment by applying strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a sense of urgency to deliver results and drive continuous improvement.
