Recruiter
We are looking for a versatile Recruiter to join a fast-moving team in Sunnyvale California, on a long-term contract. This position will support recruitment across multiple areas of the organization, including technical, creative, operational, and corporate functions, while helping deliver a thoughtful and efficient candidate journey. The ideal person is comfortable managing full-cycle recruiting in a dynamic environment, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with stakeholders to meet evolving staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of business areas, including engineering, production, creative, consumer products, general and administrative teams, and education-related functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent with relevant experience, including passive candidates, for current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to align on role expectations, interview plans, and effective selection processes.
• Coordinate and manage interview logistics while maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
• Create a high-quality candidate experience by providing timely updates, thoughtful follow-up, and detail-oriented engagement from initial outreach through post-onboarding communication.
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate applicant data, and use ATS platforms effectively to keep searches organized and efficient.
• Recommend and support improvements to recruiting workflows, tools, and talent acquisition practices to strengthen overall staffing operations.
• Contribute to recruitment success in a collaborative startup setting by adapting quickly to shifting priorities and supporting a variety of recruiting needs as they arise.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within an in-house environment.• Demonstrated success hiring across both technical and non-technical functions, including engineering and corporate roles.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build pipelines and attract passive talent.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly collaborative environment.
• Startup experience is preferred, along with a resourceful and adaptable approach to recruiting challenges.
Compensation
