ERP Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Direct end-to-end project execution for new product initiatives, overseeing progress from initial concept through commercial release.
• Build and manage comprehensive project roadmaps that define schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Partner with teams across product management, engineering, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain to keep workstreams coordinated.
• Work closely with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturing partners to maintain momentum and ensure on-time delivery of key outputs.
• Proactively identify schedule, quality, and delivery risks, then implement practical mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Lead project meetings, capture important decisions, and provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support supplier engagement activities including selection, tooling coordination, pilot production, and readiness for full-scale manufacturing.
• Oversee development checkpoints such as design reviews, engineering changes, validation efforts, testing progress, certifications, and production ramp-up.
• Monitor project performance against budget, quality, and timeline goals while contributing to stronger project governance and process improvement practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related technical field.• At least 7 years of experience managing projects tied to product development and manufacturing environments.
• Background leading mechanical or electromechanical product programs, preferably within consumer products or consumer goods.
• Solid knowledge of the full product lifecycle, from early development through volume production.
• Experience collaborating with both U.S.-based and international manufacturing partners, including suppliers in Asia.
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods such as injection molding, metal fabrication, tooling, assembly, and product validation.
• Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects at the same time while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar platforms; PMP certification is a plus.
