Financial Reporting Manager (contract)
We are looking for an interim Financial Reporting Manager to support complex reporting activities for a long-term contract opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role will play a central part in delivering accurate consolidated financial results, with particular attention to intercompany activity, foreign currency impacts, and cash flow reporting across a multi-entity environment. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Oracle financial close and consolidation tools and can navigate detailed reporting requirements with precision and consistency.
This is a 3-4 month contract position offering a hybrid work schedule (4 days a week in the office).
Oracle consolidation experience is required
Interim Financial Reporting Manager (contract position):
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial reports for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate results across the organization.
• Manage intercompany balancing and reconciliation activities to resolve variances and maintain reliable close processes.
• Analyze and report multi-currency cash flow activity across approximately 20 currencies, including foreign currency translation impacts.
• Support financial close and reporting activities within Oracle financial consolidation and close systems used for enterprise reporting.
• Coordinate reporting data from separate operating platforms to produce complete and accurate consolidated outputs.
• Assist with annual and periodic financial reporting deliverables, including cash flow statements, EPS-related support, and other required disclosures.
• Review reporting schedules and supporting documentation to strengthen accuracy, compliance, and consistency in financial statements.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, or related accounting leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle financial consolidation and close solutions in a reporting environment is required.
• Strong background in consolidated reporting for multi-entity organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in foreign currency translation and multi-currency cash flow reporting.
• Experience handling intercompany reconciliations and balancing processes.
• Familiarity with annual financial reporting, SEC reporting, or other regulated financial statement preparation.
• Advanced analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation
