HR Recruiter

Our client in Manchester, Connecticut is seeking a Contract HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts and help attract top talent. This role is ideal for a driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation
• Develop and post job advertisements across appropriate channels
• Support offer coordination, onboarding, and other recruitment-related activities
• Help improve recruiting processes and candidate experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring preferred
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting across a range of functional areas
• Knowledge of employment practices and hiring compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
