Outbound Call Center Specialist

We are seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Outbound Call Center Representative to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving daily goals. You'll spend the majority of your day making outbound calls, building rapport with customers, and providing outstanding service while accurately documenting each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to customers each day.
• Engage customers in professional, friendly conversations while identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Answer questions, provide information, and address customer concerns with a positive, customer-first approach.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and update account information within company systems.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance goals while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while managing customer conversations.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma

• Previous experience in collections, call center operations, customer service, banking, healthcare, or another customer-facing environment preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to guide conversations clearly and professionally.

• Comfortable handling difficult discussions with tact, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

• Solid organizational skills and close attention to detail when updating records and tracking follow-up activity.

• Basic office and computer skills, including the ability to learn and use multiple software applications.

• Experience managing outbound calls and working within customer service or collections-related systems is beneficial.
