Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager III / Change Enablement Lead to support a large-scale Billing Transformation Program. This role will lead organizational change enablement efforts, driving stakeholder readiness, communications, training alignment, adoption strategies, and successful program deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and change management experience, with the ability to partner across multiple business functions, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are prepared for transformational changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Change Enablement Workstream Lead for a Billing Transformation program.
- Lead change management activities across communications, training, readiness, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
- Finalize and validate change impact assessment documentation for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct validation sessions with business partners to confirm stakeholder impacts, process changes, readiness considerations, and adoption risks.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change enablement strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with Employee Communications, Learning & Performance, Client Experience, Sales Operations, and program leadership teams.
- Align messaging, leader communications, stakeholder updates, and program announcements to support organizational readiness.
- Collaborate with Learning & Performance teams to identify training needs and support materials required for successful adoption.
- Maintain an integrated change enablement plan connecting communications, training, readiness, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and hypercare activities.
- Develop and maintain change management artifacts, impact summaries, roadshow materials, and adoption support content.
- Coordinate closely with the Salesforce Change Lead to align program timelines, stakeholder engagement activities, readiness efforts, and go-live communications.
- Track and communicate risks, dependencies, readiness milestones, decisions, and adoption indicators.
- Report project progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards.
- Lead project teams and support vendor, contractor, and supplier coordination as needed.
- Perform additional change management and project management duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience leading organizational change management or change enablement initiatives within large business transformation programs.
- Strong project management experience overseeing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience conducting and validating change impact assessments.
- Ability to develop and execute communication, readiness, training, and adoption strategies.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
- Experience managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams and priorities.

- Experience supporting Billing Transformation initiatives.
- Experience coordinating change activities within Salesforce-related programs.
- Background working with Employee Communications, Learning & Development, Client Experience, or Sales Operations teams.

Compensation
