Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers in an on-site callcenter work environment. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings a service-focused mindset, communicates clearly across channels, and stays organized while handling a steady flow of requests. The role centers on resolving customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, and delivering a detail-focused experience on every interaction.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls and messages with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Enter and update customer orders with close attention to accuracy, completeness, and turnaround expectations.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related issues while working to achieve timely resolution.
• Manage a mix of inbound and outbound communication to support account needs and follow up on open items.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting while adjusting to changing business demands.
• Document customer interactions, actions taken, and relevant details in the appropriate systems.
• Use sound judgment to address routine service matters independently and escalate more complex concerns when needed.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, call center support, order entry, or a related field.• Proven ability to handle inbound calls and customer interactions in a high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong overall computer skills.
• Sound decision-making skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Positive interpersonal style with a customer-first approach and strong relationship-building skills.
Compensation
