Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure an efficient, well-organized workplace environment.
• Manage front desk coverage by greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate the purchasing of office materials and work with vendors to keep essential items available when needed.
• Track inventory levels and maintain office supply stock to support uninterrupted business operations.
• Process accounts payable activities, including reviewing invoices and preparing documentation for timely payment.
• Support recruitment efforts by assisting with full-cycle recruiting tasks such as scheduling, communication, and candidate coordination.
• Maintain administrative records, files, and office documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in office management, office administration, or a similar business support role.• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and invoice handling.
• Ability to manage reception responsibilities in a detail-oriented and customer-focused manner.
• Experience ordering, organizing, and monitoring office supplies and vendor needs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, candidates, and external contacts.
• Familiarity with recruiting coordination or full-cycle recruiting support is preferred.
Compensation
