Project Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Prepare attendee materials by assembling welcome packages, event bags, and related distribution items with accuracy and consistency.
• Unpack event supplies by removing protective coverings and sorting merchandise so materials are ready for use.
• Reorganize products and supplies into designated containers, storage bags, and staging areas for efficient event setup.
• Arrange and categorize event inventory to help ensure smooth distribution and easy access for the team.
• Keep workspaces neat, safe, and productive while completing assigned tasks within established timelines.
• Follow detailed directions and quality standards to maintain consistency across all prepared event materials.
• Provide onsite event assistance for attendee check-in, registration activities, and general guest support when needed.
• Support retail, payment, help desk, and broader event logistics functions during peak event operations as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and readiness to contribute in a team-driven environment.• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving setting while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and remaining active throughout the workday.
• Positive, flexible approach with a willingness to assist in different areas as priorities shift.
• Strong customer service skills and confidence interacting with attendees in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing work is helpful but not required.
• Ability to manage timelines and complete assigned preparation tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Must maintain a neat business casual appearance appropriate for an event environment.
Compensation
