Facilities Coordinator 3
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of on-site facilities support staff and help track the quality and timeliness of assigned work.
• Build productive working relationships with business partners, building management, landlords, and external vendors to support seamless facility operations.
• Assist with contractor oversight by confirming work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with service expectations.
• Support vendor sourcing and service procurement needs, including administrative follow-through for facility-related requests.
• Process purchase orders and help maintain accurate financial records, trackers, and supporting documentation for the site.
• Contribute to monthly financial activities by assisting with accrual reporting and monitoring site expenses against budgets and commitments.
• Perform routine walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to identify operational issues, reinforce compliance, and support workplace safety standards.
• Help maintain emergency response, incident escalation, business continuity, and property risk management practices across the facility.
• Prepare recurring reports and provide project coordination support while helping the team meet service level commitments and performance goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.• Experience supporting facilities, office operations, workplace services, or administrative coordination functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines, stay organized, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member.
• Self-directed approach with a detail-oriented, efficient, and adaptable work style.
• Clean driving record required.
Compensation
