Sr. Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring initiatives for a healthcare organization in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a Contract position focused on managing end-to-end recruitment efforts across corporate and engineering-related roles while delivering a high-quality candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, works effectively within applicant tracking systems, and partners closely with hiring leaders to move searches forward efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake meetings through offer coordination for a range of detail-focused and specialized openings.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations, align on search strategies, and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing approaches to identify talent with relevant experience across corporate and engineering functions.
• Screen applicants, assess qualifications, and present well-matched candidates based on business needs and position requirements.
• Manage candidate movement and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system, including SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback from stakeholders, and help drive timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
• Support recruiting operations and related process updates as needed, including changes tied to hiring workflows or systems
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting for detail-oriented positions.• Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
• Experience sourcing talent proactively through a variety of channels and outreach methods.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation practices.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to evaluate candidate fit and guide hiring teams through an organized recruitment process.
Compensation
