Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Lead recurring agreement and data transfer activities from legacy tools into the current platform, validating completeness and resolving discrepancies.
• Produce and maintain operational reports that align with stakeholder needs and provide actionable insight into contract performance and workflow trends.
• Plan and execute system validation efforts for updates, enhancements, and releases, recording outcomes and following through on issue resolution.
• Manage key configuration record content for contract templates, ensuring required attributes, document details, and conditional logic remain accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with operational legal support partners to preserve consistency, version control, and governance standards across maintained records.
• Coordinate Class I change requests from initial documentation through approval and implementation, confirming updates are reflected correctly in system settings and records.
• Assist with preparation of test plans for larger release efforts, helping define scenarios and expected outcomes for major changes.
• Monitor the user support channel, respond to reported issues, and escalate technical matters to the appropriate support teams when needed.
• Support database administration activities and partner with IT on user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based permissions within the platform.
• Create user guidance and deliver training sessions for new and existing team members as system functionality evolves.
Qualifications:
• Experience in business analysis within contract operations, systems support, or a related functional environment.• Strong ability to review documentation, identify gaps, and translate business requirements into clear functional outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with system testing, defect tracking, and validation of configuration changes.
• Knowledge of reporting, data analysis, and database-related processes used to support operational decision-making.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum concepts and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional project settings.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record maintenance, version control, and compliance-focused documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and support end-user training and adoption.
