We are seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to serve as the key liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. This role offers the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, support sales initiatives, and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
- Process customer purchase orders and enter orders into SAP/ERP systems.
- Manage order status, shipment tracking, expedite requests, and delivery issues.
- Partner with sales representatives on pricing, contract programs, and customer requests.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support ongoing business and account management activities.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account support, or order management.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Experience working with SAP, SAP S/4 HANA, or other ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience with order entry and purchase order processing.
