Workplace Experience Ambassador 3

Compensation: $25 to $27 Hourly

We are looking for an experienced Workplace Experience Ambassador 3 to support a high-touch office environment in California. This is a Contract position focused on creating a welcoming, detail-oriented experience for employees, guests, and visitors while balancing front desk coverage with day-to-day workplace support. The ideal candidate brings strong hospitality instincts, sound judgment, and the ability to keep shared spaces organized, responsive, and client-ready throughout the day.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, guests, and visitors with a detail-oriented, service-focused approach and provide guidance upon arrival.
• Oversee visitor intake activities such as sign-in, badging, and directional assistance while following site security expectations.
• Maintain an orderly front desk presence, answer incoming inquiries, and route calls or messages to the appropriate contacts.
• Perform routine floor checks to confirm common areas, pantry spaces, and supply points are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
• Refresh meeting rooms and shared spaces with light resets so work areas remain prepared for scheduled activity.
• Report maintenance, janitorial, or minor technical concerns through the proper channels and follow up as needed.
• Offer flexible reception coverage for breaks, absences, or changing business needs to help ensure continuous service.
• Assist with additional workplace operations, including supply replenishment, mailroom support, and other daily onsite tasks during slower lobby periods.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality, reception, concierge, or another customer-facing environment with a strong emphasis on service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach in high-visibility settings.
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail when managing multiple requests and daily operational tasks.
• Reliable attendance and a consistent record of punctuality and follow-through.
• Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced office setting and collaborating with facilities or workplace support teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic administrative tasks such as handling calls, messages, and document-related duties.
• Ability to lift light materials independently, with support available for items exceeding 25 pounds.
• Experience using a ticketing system or submitting work orders is helpful but not required.

Compensation

$25.00-$27.00 Hourly
