Deployment Engineer
We are looking for an IT Field Technician to support device rollout across multiple locations in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This role focuses on preparing, configuring, and distributing a range of hardware while helping maintain a smooth deployment experience across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple operating environments, providing clear progress updates, and resolving technical issues tied to network devices and PCs.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, stage, and deploy security systems, network devices and laptops
• Perform device imaging, software installation, and account setup to ensure equipment is ready for immediate business use.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage user provisioning and access through Active Directory.
• Install and validate required business and medical software on assigned devices, confirming proper functionality before release.
• Track deployment progress and communicate timely status updates to stakeholders, team members, and project leads.
• Use established deployment tools to streamline setup, configuration, and asset readiness processes.
• Document deployment activities, issue resolutions, and inventory details to maintain accurate project records.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting desktops, mobile devices, or end-user computing hardware in a workplace environment.
• Familiarity with deployment tools used for device preparation, configuration, and rollout coordination.
• Ability to install, test, and troubleshoot desktop applications, including specialized medical software.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear status updates and coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple deployment tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have your own vehicle and be comfortable driving to various locations.
Compensation
