Workplace Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day workplace activities to maintain an efficient, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and align workplace logistics to support leaders and team operations.
• Respond to incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts while providing attentive front-line support.
• Handle dispatch-related tasks by routing requests and ensuring timely follow-up on workplace or administrative needs.
• Support payroll administration processes, including gathering information and assisting with full-cycle payroll coordination.
• Partner with HR and management on administrative tasks, documentation, and general office support activities.
• Track requests, maintain records, and help ensure workplace services are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications:
• Experience in workplace coordination, office administration, or a similar support-focused role.• Strong ability to organize schedules, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Background in handling inbound calls and providing clear, effective communication.
• Familiarity with dispatch coordination or routing service requests in an office setting.
• Knowledge of payroll support processes, including exposure to full-cycle payroll activities.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with standard office software and administrative systems.
Compensation
