Production & Fulfillment Associate

We are looking for a dependable Production & Fulfillment Associate to join a collaborative team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position focuses on supporting daily production, packing, shipping, and inventory activities in a hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable helping in different operational areas as business needs shift.

Responsibilities:
• Assemble small plastic badge parts with care to ensure consistent quality and accuracy
• Pack completed items securely and apply correct labels before distribution
• Prepare outgoing customer orders and confirm they are ready for timely shipment
• Assist with day-to-day shipping and fulfillment tasks to support smooth order processing
• Track, organize, and replenish inventory and production materials as needed
• Keep workstations and shared areas neat, safe, and well organized
• Contribute to warehouse, production, and occasional administrative support duties based on team priorities
• Shift between departments when needed to help meet changing workload demands

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, shipping, warehousing, or order fulfillment is preferred
• Ability to handle small parts comfortably while completing repetitive manual tasks
• Strong focus on precision and consistency in everyday work
• Dependable work habits with the ability to stay organized and manage tasks independently
• Willingness to support multiple functions across a small team environment
• Capacity to balance several responsibilities efficiently during busy periods
• Familiarity with assembly tools or production processes is a plus

Compensation

$40,000.00-$55,000.00 Yearly
