Senior Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Louis seeking a full-time Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant must possess strong communication/organizational skills with a high attention to detail to work in a deadline-driven work environment.

 

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

·        Lead critical aspects of the month-end close within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·        Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances in accordance with GAAP

·        Support financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

Senior Accountant Minimum Qualifications:

·        Bachelor degree in Accounting required, CPA strongly preferred

·        4+ years of public accounting with large company experience

·        Advanced Excel with SAP or Oracle exposure
