Supply Chain Coordinator

An established consumer products company is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to help manage purchasing, inventory movement, and vendor relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where organization, communication, and attention to detail directly contribute to business success.

You'll become an important member of the operations team by helping ensure products move efficiently from suppliers to customers while supporting continuous improvements throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain Operations

• Coordinate purchase orders and vendor communications
• Monitor inventory availability and replenishment schedules
• Track inbound shipments and delivery timelines
• Work with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Prepare inventory and purchasing reports for management

Operational Support

• Maintain purchasing and inventory data within ERP software
• Analyze inventory trends and recommend improvements
• Support forecasting and demand planning initiatives
• Assist with supplier performance tracking
• Collaborate with Accounting regarding invoice discrepancies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of purchasing, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience
• Experience with NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, or similar ERP systems
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred
