HR Coordinator
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations in the Twin Cities. This fully on-site role is ideal for a professional who enjoys administrative support, employee interaction, and helping maintain efficient HR processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily human resources operations, including administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and employee records updates
- Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics
- Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, and employee data entry
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries
- Support payroll-related documentation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing
- Help organize training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related events
- Prepare reports, update spreadsheets, and track HR metrics as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and leadership
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1+ years of human resources, administrative, or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
Compensation
