Receptionist
Our client is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join their team in the Twin Cities. This fully on-site role is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized, presentable, and efficient
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishment when needed
- Assist with visitor logs, badges, and office security procedures
- Support internal teams with clerical and operational tasks
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1+ years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
Compensation
