Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking a polished, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fully on-site capacity in the Twin Cities. This role is ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage complex administrative responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
- Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and special events, including agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Manage confidential information and sensitive business matters with discretion
- Track priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives
- Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and other administrative documentation as needed
- Assist with office coordination and cross-functional communication to support day-to-day business operations
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency
- Provide project support for strategic initiatives and executive-level requests
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar high-level support role
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of collaboration and responsiveness
Compensation
