Operations Analyst
A growing healthcare organization is seeking an Operations Analyst to help improve business performance through reporting, workflow optimization, and operational analysis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying trends, and partnering with leadership to improve efficiency across multiple departments. Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Analyze operational metrics and identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop reports and dashboards for leadership using Excel and reporting tools
- Monitor departmental KPIs and recommend workflow enhancements
- Support project implementation and operational initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Operations leadership
- Document business processes and standard operating procedures
- Support system implementations and operational projects
- Present findings and recommendations to management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of operations, business analysis, or project coordination experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and XLOOKUP
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms is highly desirable
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and project management skills
- Healthcare, professional services, or consulting experience is a plus
Compensation
