We're seeking an experienced HR professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys creating scalable people processes from the ground up. Fractional / Part-Time (approximately 10-20 hours per week, core business hours only)

As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a seasoned HR professional to serve as our primary HR point of contact and help elevate our people operations. We are now looking for a dedicated fractional HR resource who provide strategic and operational HR support.


Qualifications:

Position Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced HR consultant, fractional HR leader, or senior HR professional who enjoys working independently and partnering directly with executive leadership.

You will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day HR needs, advising leadership on people-related matters, improving HR processes, and ensuring the organization is fully leveraging the support and services available through its PEO relationship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managers, and contractors.
  • Advise leadership on HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors.
  • Support benefits administration and employee communications.
  • Ensure compliance with employment-related regulations and HR best practices.
  • Maintain employee records, policies, and HR documentation.
  • Update and implement employee handbook policies and HR procedures.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee concerns.
  • Support recruiting and hiring efforts as business needs evolve.
  • Design practical, scalable HR processes that support growth while maintaining efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and reduce administrative burden.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting small, growing, or entrepreneurial organizations.
  • Previous experience as a standalone HR professional, HR consultant, or fractional HR leader preferred.
  • Solid understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
