A growing, internationally recognized technology and manufacturing organization is seeking a Logistics/Operations Leadership Opportunity to lead inventory management and logistics coordination activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain, logistics, inventory, or materials management professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering closely with service and sales teams to ensure exceptional support.
Position Overview
As the Logistics/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory health, shipment coordination, and operational planning to support service operations. You will serve as a key liaison between multiple departments and play a vital role in ensuring materials are available when and where they are needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, replenishment activities, and inventory accuracy.
- Partner with teams to ensure material readiness.
- Support demand forecasting and planning activities to minimize shortages and delays.
- Identify and resolve supply chain and logistics issues before they impact customers.
- Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, inventory control, and service excellence.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, inventory planning, procurement, or customer operations.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
