Operations Coordinator
A rapidly growing medical device manufacturer is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating with multiple departments to keep business operations running efficiently. As an Operations Coordinator, you'll partner closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure projects stay on schedule and customers receive exceptional service. Responsibilities
Operations & Project Coordination
- Coordinate daily operational activities between production, purchasing, and logistics teams
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply planning
- Track production schedules and communicate project timelines
- Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards
- Assist leadership with process improvement initiatives
Administrative & Systems Support
- Maintain ERP records and operational databases
- Prepare spreadsheets and operational reports using Excel
- Coordinate meetings between internal departments
- Support vendor communication and purchasing documentation
- Assist with special projects and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of operations, project coordination, or supply chain experience
- Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Manufacturing or life sciences experience is highly desirable
Compensation
