Customer Service Representative
Our client is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join their team in the Twin Cities. This fully on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and creating a positive experience through strong communication and responsive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner
- Process orders, account updates, service requests, and other customer transactions
- Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in internal systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care in every interaction
- Assist with billing questions, product or service information, and general support needs
- Track recurring issues and escalate complex concerns when appropriate
- Support administrative and operational tasks related to customer service activities
- Help contribute to a positive, team-oriented office environment
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service, call center, office support, or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer service or CRM systems
- Professional demeanor and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
Compensation
