Customer Service Representative

Arlington, TX 76011, US Temporary
Compensation: $20 to $21 Hourly

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing exceptional service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and helps ensure a positive customer experience while supporting company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and service issues promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Process orders, account updates, payments, and service requests.
  • Document customer interactions in CRM and company systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer service goals.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to customer accounts.



Qualifications:

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree preferred but not required.

Experience

  • 1+ year of customer service, call center, administrative, retail, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience handling high-volume customer interactions is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to remain professional and empathetic during difficult customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center or contact center experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or other CRM platforms.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience meeting customer satisfaction and performance metrics.



Compensation

$20.00-$21.00 Hourly
