Compensation: $26 to $29 Hourly

Position Summary:

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for open positions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and database searches.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone and video screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives as needed.



Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent recruiting experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience

  • 1-3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting platforms.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Staffing agency or corporate recruiting experience.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches.
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and reporting.

Work Environment

  • Office, hybrid, or remote work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Occasional travel for recruiting events and client meetings may be required.



Compensation

$26.00-$29.00 Hourly
