| Job Summary | The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine seeks a Administrative Services Assistant to provide support for various faculty and department administrative processes. This position will be responsible for providing faculty administrative support to support daily office operations and scheduling, travel, recruitment and scheduling, OME and educational program support, trainee program coordination and special projects. This position will provide oversight and management of the fellowship programs, including accreditation support, HR management, compliance with all policies and procedures and support for faculty needs. This position will also provide cross coverage of our residency program coordinator and other administrative staff. Internal employee being considered. |
