Hourly Pay Range: $33.00 – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.

About the Role

Comagine Health is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant III to provide high-level administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents. This trusted role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping leaders and teams organized and operating efficiently. In-office work when coverage is needed. Otherwise work from your home office.

As a key operational partner, you'll manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and events, support executive communications, oversee travel and expense reporting, and serve as a central point of coordination across departments. Your ability to anticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and maintain confidentiality will directly contribute to the success of our leadership team. In-office work when coverage is needed. Otherwise work from your home office.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for multiple Vice Presidents.
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, retreats, and organizational activities from planning through follow-up.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and maintain presentations, reports, board materials, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Process expense reports, reconcile receipts, and partner with Finance to ensure accurate and timely administrative support.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for leaders by responding to inquiries, coordinating communications, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding activities, departmental projects, process improvements, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization while ensuring administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • In-office work when coverage is needed.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5–7 years of progressively responsible administrative support experience
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree (A.A. or A.S.)
  • Administrative, Project Management, or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders in a remote or hybrid environment
