| Position Summary | A critical position on the Employment Team and working closely with the campus HR Partners, the Employment Coordinator will be primarily responsible for entering, maintaining, and auditing employment-related data in the HRIS system; running employment reports; assisting customers through the CRM; and assisting with process automation. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in human resources! Fully on-campus during initial training. A hybrid schedule (up to 1 day remote per week) may be considered once the employee is fully proficient and upon the manager’s approval. |

| Total Compensation Range & Benefits Statement |
Salary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. PSU has a structured process for determining starting compensation, taking into account years of related experience, applicable skills, knowledge and abilities, market parity, and internal equity.
The starting annual salary for this position will be $43,872.
