IT Generalist (w/ Salesforce)

We are seeking a hands-on IT Generalist to join a collaborative IT team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, with a primary focus on Salesforce administration while also providing day-to-day IT support across the organization.

Responsibilities

Salesforce Administration (Approximately 60%)

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the Salesforce platform.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce by creating reports, dashboards, custom fields, workflows, automations, and other system enhancements.
• Modify and maintain questionnaires, task sets, matter plans, merge documents, cross-object field mappings, and Flow automations.
• Ensure data integrity through ongoing maintenance and cleanup.
• Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports to support business needs.
• Train new and existing users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and maximize platform capabilities.

IT Support (Approximately 40%)

• Provide technical support to end users in collaboration with managed service providers and technology vendors.
• Configure and deploy computers and equipment for new employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware and general IT issues.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain and improve technology systems.
• Procure and manage IT hardware as needed.
• Serve as a reliable technical resource for staff, helping ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations.
• Support a variety of IT systems, hardware, and end-user technologies.
• Occasional travel to regional office locations may be required.

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong overall IT knowledge with the ability to support a broad range of technologies.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, customizations, workflows, and automations within Salesforce.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and support users.
• Customer-service mindset with a friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.

Compensation

$90,000.00-$100,000.00 Yearly
