Compensation: $33.25 to $38.50 Hourly

We are looking for a Medical Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a senior care organization in Denver, Colorado. This Contract position will focus on identifying, engaging, and guiding healthcare professionals through the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing capability, corporate recruiting experience, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for medical and healthcare-related roles, from intake discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Build strong candidate pipelines by using proactive sourcing methods, networking channels, and targeted outreach strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align recruiting plans with business needs.
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining organization, timely communication, and a positive candidate experience.
• Screen applicants to evaluate experience, background, and fit for clinical and non-clinical opportunities within the organization.
• Track candidate activity, requisition progress, and hiring updates within the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records and reporting.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback collection to help move suitable candidates efficiently through the selection process.
• Support broader corporate recruiting initiatives by recommending effective sourcing approaches and process improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Background in corporate recruiting with the ability to partner effectively with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill or high-demand roles.
• Ability to handle high-volume recruiting activity while staying organized and responsive.
• Proficiency using an applicant tracking system to manage workflows, documentation, and candidate status updates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring teams.
• Experience recruiting within healthcare, medical, or senior care environments is preferred.

Compensation

$33.25-$38.50 Hourly
