Executive Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex executive calendars, arrange appointments, and adjust schedules as priorities change.
• Coordinate domestic and, when needed, broader travel plans, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics.
• Prepare for executive meetings by organizing schedules, confirming attendees, and ensuring materials are ready in advance.
• Manage meeting logistics such as room arrangements, timing, and follow-up action tracking to support efficient decision-making.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership, helping maintain smooth communication and workflow across priorities.
• Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with discretion, sound judgment, and a service-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience supporting executives or senior leaders in an administrative or executive assistant capacity.• Strong background in calendar coordination and managing multiple scheduling priorities at once.
• Experience arranging travel and handling related details with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to support executive meetings through preparation, coordination, and follow-through.
• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with a high level of professionalism.
Compensation
