Recruiting Coordinator
Robert Half is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our client, a fast-growing technology company.
Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone and be available to work standard business hours within those time zones.)
About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition team during a high-volume hiring period. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys staying organized, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of coordination for interview scheduling and recruiting operations, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple hiring teams and time zones.
- Manage interview calendars and ensure scheduling accuracy while balancing competing priorities.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain interview schedules, recruiting documentation, and candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with offer coordination, interview confirmations, and scheduling changes as needed.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and resolve issues quickly with a sense of urgency.
- Support recruiting operations through data entry, reporting, system updates, and administrative projects.
- Ensure recruiting processes are completed accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Provide additional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or recruiting coordination in a corporate environment.
- Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with frequent schedule changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Outlook, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and other recruiting or scheduling platforms.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing processes.
- Professional, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Must be available to work standard business hours in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruiting within the technology industry.
- Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, GoodTime, ModernLoop, or similar scheduling tools.
- Experience working with geographically distributed hiring teams.
- Prior experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
Compensation
