Membership Development Manager
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members to encourage retention and growth.
• Manage member accounts by responding to questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.
• Develop outreach strategies that increase membership participation and support organizational objectives.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare reports that highlight trends, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate membership initiatives, campaigns, and service improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance engagement through targeted communication and follow-up efforts.
• Monitor membership activity and recommend actions that improve satisfaction and long-term involvement.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, account management, or membership-focused relationship management.• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience tracking metrics and producing KPI reports to support decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, detail-oriented approach.
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Comfort using data to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and tools used for account tracking and reporting.
Compensation
