Director of Finance
Responsibilities:
• Direct the annual budgeting cycle, partnering with department leaders to build accurate plans and align financial targets with organizational priorities.
• Oversee month-end close activities to ensure timely completion, reliable reconciliations, and accurate presentation of financial results.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports that highlight performance trends, key variances, and actionable insights for leadership.
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and short- and long-term financial decision-making.
• Refine budgeting processes and financial controls to improve consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Evaluate financial performance against plan, investigate material differences, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
• Lead and mentor finance team members, establishing priorities and promoting high standards of accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on financial planning initiatives and support process improvements, including any relevant system-related changes when required.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role with responsibility for budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.• Strong knowledge of annual budget development, month-end close procedures, and financial statement analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear financial reporting and present recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Experience building and managing cash flow forecasts in a dynamic business environment.
• Solid understanding of budget processes, internal controls, and finance operations best practices.
• Advanced analytical skills with a high level of accuracy, judgment, and attention to detail.
• Effective leadership and communication skills with the ability to partner across departments and influence decision-making.
Compensation
