Warehouse Admin
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for warehouse operations, including entering information into records, organizing files, maintaining schedules, and preparing routine reports.
• Keep inventory data, receiving documentation, shipment records, and order updates accurate and current to support operational visibility.
• Work closely with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely coordination of logistics activities.
• Create, review, and monitor purchase orders, bills of lading, invoices, and related shipping or receiving paperwork.
• Maintain safety-related documentation such as incident records, training files, and compliance logs in alignment with warehouse procedures.
• Perform regular checks of administrative files and safety records to confirm completeness, accuracy, and adherence to required standards.
• Support communication efforts by helping arrange meetings, distribute updates, and coordinate training tied to warehouse processes and workplace safety.
• Track office and warehouse supply levels and assist with general administrative needs that keep the site operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, distribution, or shipping operations in an administrative or coordination capacity.• Strong ability to manage documentation, data entry, filing, and reporting with a high level of accuracy.
• Working knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, inventory recordkeeping, and logistics coordination.
• Ability to communicate effectively with warehouse teams, carriers, vendors, and internal business partners.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, bills of lading, and other transportation or warehouse documents.
• Understanding of compliance, safety documentation, and record audit practices within an operational environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and the ability to learn company systems and processes quickly.
Compensation
