Education Program Manager
Responsibilities:
• Design and manage education programs that align learning priorities with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to keep training initiatives on schedule and operating smoothly.
• Lead engaging workshops and learning sessions for a variety of audiences, adapting delivery methods to participant needs.
• Partner with internal teams to identify development gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.
• Track program progress, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to strengthen participation and outcomes.
• Oversee the rollout of new or updated training materials, tools, and processes as program needs evolve.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding milestones, expectations, and program results.
Qualifications:
• Experience managing education, training, or learning and development programs.• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of learning strategy development and program implementation.
• Confidence facilitating workshops, presentations, or group training sessions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and organizational leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Compensation
