Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Place a high volume of outbound calls to individuals who may qualify for healthcare-related programs and clearly explain available services.
• Follow approved call guidance to discuss eligibility, encourage participation, and assist with appointment scheduling when appropriate.
• Leave clear voicemail messages when contact is not made and record all outreach attempts thoroughly in the appropriate system.
• Maintain accurate notes, update customer records, and complete data entry tasks with close attention to detail.
• Respond to customer questions with care and empathy while delivering a positive service experience.
• Use standard business applications and remote access tools to manage daily work, communications, and documentation.
• Pick up assigned equipment at the office at the start of the assignment and return it at the end of the contract.
• Visit the office for equipment support when technical issues cannot be resolved remotely.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar phone-based role.• Ability to handle outbound calling, appointment setting, and follow-up activity in a structured environment.
• Strong computer skills, including comfort with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email, and data entry.
• Reliable home internet service with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Dedicated remote workspace that is quiet, well-organized, and suitable for focused work and video communication.
• Ability to read from a script while adapting tone and communication style to the needs of each customer.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting calls and maintaining accurate records.
• Bilingual Spanish-English communication skills are preferred for some openings.
