Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Compensation: $19 to $21 Hourly

We are looking for a talent acquisition to help activities for a leading organization in the health insurance industry based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can partner across recruiting and people-focused teams, manage sensitive information carefully, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-moving environment. The role requires a strong service mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to improve processes while supporting hiring-related initiatives from onboarding through broader workforce programs.


Responsibilities:

• Partner with talent acquisition and people team contacts throughout the hiring and integration process to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution.

• Use recruiting systems, workflow tools, and operational resources to address stakeholder needs, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high-quality service outcomes.

• Balance changing priorities and fluctuating volumes of work while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to deadlines.

• Advise internal partners on policies, procedures, and standard practices to promote consistency across recruiting operations and related people processes.

• Recommend and help implement improvements that strengthen efficiency, service delivery, and overall process quality.

• Contribute to special projects and additional assignments involving staffing support, mergers and acquisitions activity, compliance matters, case management, onboarding coordination, and assessments.

• Share knowledge of recruiting operations and organizational services to guide peers and stakeholders on end-to-end talent acquisition support.

• Prepare and deliver presentations or updates to internal audiences, adapting information for different stakeholder groups.

• Handle confidential employee and candidate information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.


Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and employees across multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience in a corporate recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting operations environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue, TalentSource, or similar systems is preferred.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks carefully.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal judgment and presentation ability.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, solve problems independently, and make sound decisions with limited oversight.

Compensation

$19.00-$21.00 Hourly
