Sr. Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Drive the annual budgeting process, regular forecast updates, and longer-term financial planning activities to support company objectives.
• Examine financial performance, key metrics, and variances to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Build and refine financial models used for scenario evaluation, profitability reviews, and business planning decisions.
• Produce recurring financial reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual review cycles, ensuring information is accurate and meaningful.
• Collaborate with business leaders to track departmental spending, assess operating results, and highlight opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close support by coordinating with accounting and finance partners on analysis and reporting needs.
• Deliver timely ad hoc analysis on revenue, operating expenses, capital projects, and other business initiatives as requested.
• Support strategic planning efforts, presentation materials for leadership, and reporting prepared for board-level discussions.
• Maintain consistency and reliability across financial data, reports, and analytical outputs.
• Participate in special initiatives such as reporting enhancements, process improvements, system-related projects, and business case preparation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP& A, or corporate finance roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance review, and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, or business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with dashboard reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional business partnering is a plus.
Compensation
